We at Sub Sinus Collective are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Online Shop Manager to take charge of our growing merch and product platform. From streetwear drops to artist collaborations and collector pieces — you’ll help us turn culture into commerce while keeping it authentic.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our online shop, including product listings, inventory, visuals, and pricing

  • Coordinate product launches and limited-edition drops in collaboration with our design and content teams

  • Oversee the order fulfillment process and ensure smooth customer experience from checkout to delivery

  • Monitor sales performance and analytics to optimize conversion, retention, and growth

  • Handle basic customer support inquiries and improve our service based on feedback

  • Implement marketing features such as upsells, bundles, and seasonal promotions

  • Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices

Your Profile

  • Experience managing an online store, preferably in fashion, music merch, or lifestyle sectors

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar

  • Basic skills in digital content (product photos, descriptions, visuals)

  • Solid understanding of logistics, shipping, and inventory processes

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements

  • Self-driven, organized, and responsive communicator

  • Bonus: experience with email marketing, discount strategy, or payment systems
