We at Sub Sinus Collective are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Manager to take the lead on planning and executing our cultural and music events. From underground club nights to community-based art happenings — we want someone who lives for the energy of a well-executed experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute live events, including music performances, exhibitions, workshops, and pop-ups

• Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and venue coordination

• Collaborate with artists, DJs, crews, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

• Handle permits, contracts, and risk assessments as needed

• Oversee event promotion in coordination with our media team

• Lead onsite coordination before, during, and after each event

• Track outcomes and prepare post-event reports

Your Profile

• Proven experience in event management or production, ideally within the music or cultural sector

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with the Austrian event landscape and local regulations is a plus

• Passion for subculture, music, and collective-driven creative work
