Job Opening: Audio Engineer (m/f/d)

We at Sub Sinus Collective are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mixing and Mastering Engineer to join our creative crew. If you have a passion for sound, an ear for sonic detail, and the skills to elevate raw recordings into powerful final tracks — we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Transform raw audio recordings into polished, release-ready tracks

  • Apply expert-level techniques including EQ, compression, stereo imaging, limiting, and more

  • Work across a wide variety of genres and adapt your approach to fit each project’s vibe

  • Collaborate closely with artists and producers to ensure their creative vision is fully realized

  • Deliver professional-grade mixes and masters that meet industry standards for streaming and physical formats

  • Utilize both digital tools and analog gear (if available) to achieve desired sonic character

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in mixing and mastering with a strong portfolio of completed work

  • Proficiency in major DAWs such as FL Studio, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, etc.

  • Experience working with both digital and analog audio processing tools

  • Keen ear for tonal balance, dynamics, spatial depth, and clarity

  • Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction

  • Organized and dependable, able to manage deadlines and multiple projects
