We at Sub Sinus Collective are a dynamic music association committed to progressive club culture, community projects, and creative expression. We understand the importance of a strong online presence and are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help us elevate our digital communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with our goals and identity
- Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to our target audience
- Plan, schedule, and manage posts across multiple platforms using a social media calendar
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using social media analytics tools
- Stay updated on the latest trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate closely with other departments and team members to ensure unified communication
- Report regularly to the board on performance, growth, and upcoming campaigns
Your Profile
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful social media campaigns
- Deep knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong content creation skills (text, image, video – or experience working with creatives)
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, independent work style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Passion for music, culture, and digital communication is a big plus
