The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all orders placed at SubSinus.com. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Any personal information you provide us will only be used to complete your order, unless otherwise specified. We will not use your information in any other way unless you have specifically given us permission to do so. Your information will not be shared with third parties. Force majeure
Events outside of Sub Sinus’s control, or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, or government decisions that affect the market and product negatively. In such instances, Sub Sinus will be released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
Payments
All products remain the property of Sub Sinus until full payment has been received. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old to have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The applicable price is the one set at the time you order is placed. Shipping and payment costs are clearly displayed prior to checkout. If a product is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or higher-value alternative, or provide a full refund.
Payments on SubSinus.com are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Sofort, Shopify Payments and WooCommerce Payments. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and handled externally – we do not store or access your payment information. For further details, please refer to the terms and conditions of respective providers
Local taxes
For all shipping destinations, we ensure that sales taxes, import duties and fees are included in the final sale price. Local charges (i.e. customs duty, etc.) may apply however, depending on your region, and these additional charges are at your own expense.
Intellectual property rights
Using subsinus.com gives you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any content from SubSinus.com can only be reproduced or distributed with permission from Sub Sinus.
Discount codes
From time to time we offer discount codes for use on SubSinus.com. Unless otherwise stated, Discount codes can only be used on full price items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Applicable law and jurisdriction
Any dispute shall be settled in accordance with Austrian law to the exclusion of any international convention. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of Carinthia, Austria, an appeal to the Federal Court being reserved.
Additional information
Sub Sinus reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, Sub Sinus has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will always notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
